ARTIST STATEMENT
I have been
making needle made miniature tapestries for thirty years. My work is exhibited
internationally, and is included in many museum collections. As I am a
poet and musician, my work tends to be both narrative and lyrical. It
often contains text.
COMMENTS ON THE
FIBER FIELD
Nothing is closer to the body than Fiber. My body of work is made of
fiber. The Fiber field is the true field connecting everything. Spinning
just like the world. woven just as lives are. A real place.
